About Me

I provide expert bookkeeping and accounting services, backed by over 7 years' experience. As a former IRS agent, bank auditor, accounting manager, controller and fraud examiner, what I’ve found is that many businesses making $150,000 - $1,000,000/year in revenue with 1-20 employees struggle with cash, feel nervous about IRS audits and preventing employee theft, are unprepared to sell their business, and want to let their spouse stop doing the bookkeeping so they can raise the kids, manage the house, and do anything else...
What I do is help them feel confident about where their hard-earned money is going, fearless during IRS audits, calm about their spouse not doing bookkeeping, and certain about really growing their wealth and exploring selling their business.
- I'm a great communicator and respond timely, in English, with an American accent.
- I don't speak in accounting jargon you don't understand.
- I explain accounting, bookkeeping, theft/fraud prevention, IRS audits and other topics in a way that's easy to understand, and dare I say interesting? Just ask my friends Donna and Emiliano (and even my wife)!
- I know exactly what IRS agents and potential buyers want to see when they audit your books and financials.
- I know all about how to prevent, catch and stop fraud and theft in your business.
- I know how to look at your books and help you see how you can save more cash, and what to focus on first!
- I will never badmouth your efforts, your spouse's efforts, or your last bookkeeper's efforts to do your bookkeeping.
- I'm happy to "spill the tea" on what IRS audits are like, what you can expect, what might be happening behind the scenes, what the IRS agents look for on your tax return and financials...and more! I can even help you find out if your tax return has been flagged for an audit...before you get your first IRS letter.
- I value communication, being a real human, and confidence in being legal, accurate and timely with your books and financials.
